In modern political times, the LJ dinner is one of the most important events for candidates wanting to win the Iowa Caucus. It's a chance for them to give speeches and introduce themselves to the world. But mostly its a competition amongst their supporters in the stands on who can make the most noise and have the biggest light show. TeamPete did not disappoint. We by far had the loudest, most fired up section, and then the lights went down, and Pete walked out, our bracelets all lit up in sync, creating a galaxy of sparks filling our corner of the arena.
